I need a competent and fast learner to work alongside me. You need to be punctual and have a steady internet connection. Only people with proof of LinkedIn and Google ads experience will be considered

Your main role will be generating leads for property sourcing & property management, but you may be asked to help set up automation systems and create weekly email newsletters.

I am looking for someone full-time to set up and run Sales navigator & daily Linkedin account operation.

Identify Linkedin users that could be good clients and collect contact information via data mining or conversation.
You will be creating ads on property portals, contacting landlords, scraping social media pages, emailing agents and many other important tasks.

EXPERIENCE
Experienced in B2B Lead Generation with a preference for real estate & property management
Data mining and researching skills
Abreast with the extraction of leads from other online sources like Social Media engagements through LinkedIn
Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, and commitment

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Digital savvy

IDEAL CANDIDATE
-Sales Navigator 1+ Year
-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing
-Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
-Have social media management skills
-Can work in UK Time Zone 7 AM - 3 PM GMT
-Have exceptional customer service skills
-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
