JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking executive assistant with life insurance and superannuation industry experience.

This role will provide executive assistant back-office support to the Practice Manager and Adviser to ensure our growing client base receives the highest level of service at all times.

TASKS INVOLVED
- Maintaining and documenting all policy renewals (sourcing information from provider website and entering into word tables / excel spreadsheet/ Xplan)
- data entry into financial planning software
- typing of file notes from dictation into word
- preparing Statements of Advice and other documentation for appointments
- database management including cross checking for compliance, setting tasks and workflows
- preparation of marketing materials, e-updates and e-marketing campaigns
- sending birthday e-cards to all clients
- database segmentation
- general administration tasks as required

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Must have life insurance and superannuation industry experience - minimum 1-2 years
- Advanced computer skills – MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Xplan/ COIN software experience
- Accurate typing speed – 60 wpm minimum
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - English
- A high level of attention to detail
- Graphic design experience highly regarded

The role involves a lot of online work, logging into websites to source information. The ability to navigate various websites with speed and ease is required.

HOURS/ WAGE
35-40 hours per week
Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 9am - 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. You are flexible to work balance hours at your own schedule.
AU $400 p/month
