We are a content marketing agency based in Sydney, Australia, looking for a rockstar graphics designer to join our team! Our main focus is on educational content featuring talking heads, 2D animations, and motion graphics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
- Liaise directly with clients on specific projects
- Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
- Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Project Management using allocated project management software
- Communication (internally and externally) with
- Creatively collaborate with the marketing team and Directors
- Reports to Senior Graphic Designer and Company Director/s
- Liaising on any other relevant graphic design projects assigned by Directors or Managers
- Upskilling to meet project brief requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in graphic design
- Creative, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
- Excellent portfolio of work
- Project management tools such as Clickup or Asana
- Communication tools such as Slack
- Dropbox and Google Drive experience
- Internet speeds of 30mbps
Job Skills
- Experience working with graphic design software (Adobe CC)
- Good time-management skills
- Great communication skills
