Motion Graphics Video Editor

We are a content marketing agency based in Sydney, Australia, looking for a rockstar video editor/motion graphics designer to join our team! Our main focus is on educational content featuring talking heads, 2D animations, and motion graphics.

Requirements:
Ability to interpret scripts on complex topics in finance, law, and property to transform into 2D motion graphic sequences that illustrate the concepts to make it easier to understand
Intermediate to advanced skills in After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop. Basic skills in Premiere Pro are essential, as our workflow for talking-head explainer videos utilise the Dynamic Link function between Premiere Pro & After Effects. If you’re not familiar with basic Premiere Pro, you must be willing to learn
Tasteful eye for design, composition, and colour choices
Basic experience with sound design
Fluent in English with tertiary level education or equivalent
Experience working in an agency environment
Strong communication skills
Deadline-driven
Strong attention to detail
Strong ability to manage own workflow and prioritise tasks
Problem-solving skills and initiative
Ability to “manage up” and work closely with Directors and Managers
Ability to follow style guides and instructions (video and written SOPs)
Experience with editing footage using a proxy workflow
Bonus: Experience working with Australian, US or UK clients

Working hours are 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Salary range: 30,000 - 45,000 PHP per month

Applicants MUST have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.

YOU MUST ADDRESS ALL ASPECTS OF THESE REQUIREMENTS WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

Applicants must have the following computer specs, or the option to upgrade to the equivalent specs:
- Intel 7th Gen or newer CPU – or AMD Ryzen 3000 Series or newer CPU
- Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1809 or later
- At least 32GB of RAM, but more is ideal
- At least 6GB of VRAM, but 8GB is ideal
- Nvidia GeForce or Quadro Graphic cards are recommended (Equivalent to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 or better)
- Fast internal SSD with at least 1TB of storage
- Good quality monitor & headphones
- Good internet speed: Minimum of 30 mbps average
