YouTube Manager

We’re looking for a talented video editor to join our fast growing team and help launch and grow our brand new YouTube ---------- t only will you edit the videos for YouTube, you will also repurpose content for YouTube shorts, TikTok and Instagram reels.

You will manage the entire process, from creating thumbnails to editing and posting the videos and helping the channel grow by keeping up to date with the latest changes to YouTubes algorithm. You’ll also be responsible for providing new video ideas based on trends and competitors' content.

This is a full time position (40 hours per week) and is work from home. Below is a list of job responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

- Edit and post 2X YouTube videos per week
- Create short edits from existing videos and redistribute them on YouTube shorts, TikTok and Instagram
- Create thumbnails for videos
- Learn how the YouTube algorithm works to help the channel grow
- Provide ideas on topics for videos by looking at competitors
