Video Editor

I'm looking to hire a video editor proficient in Adobe Premiere. I'm open to part-time or full-time. Right now I just need help as my project load has increased, but if I find someone good I wouldn't mind making it full time. The work I have in mind is a few different types. I have Training videos that are fairly simple. I have longer form (20-30min long) interviews, with simple titles and minimal b roll, and I may also have some sizzle/highlight reel style promos that will require b roll, text , motion graphics etc.
