JOB OVERVIEW
Wanna work for a great E-commerce business and look at cats throughout your work, this is the job for you. Bloire is looking for a Virtual Assistant and Marketing Helper. You will be doing a variety of tasks, which will adapt to your skills and my needs. For the first two weeks, we will be working together from either 5PM to 8PM for you, or 5AM to 8PM for you based on your preference, so I can introduce you to the company and to your tasks.
Our mission at Bloire: We conceive, create, develop, and sell a strategic mix of cat accessories like toys, leashes, and harnesses directly to our customers with a depth of design and quality that provides compelling value while creating a cat-parent community.

Salary: Depends on experience
Full-Time : 40 hours per week

A thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies is required
Experience in lead generation REQUIRED.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
Experience with email marketing (Shopify email, etc) is a plus
Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account is a plus
Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage
Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)
Google Analytics knowledge is a plus, google ads too
Affiliate Marketing
Experience in handling customer service concerns is a plus (you need to want to learn if you have never done it)
Problem-solving skills (I will be here to teach you everything, but you need to want to learn)

With time, you will also be:
Create email marketing (through Shopify email + Canva)
Documenting your work and procedures
Reaching out to influencers and press (I will provide the templates and only when you know the company better)
Posting blogs on the Website
Putting new products on the website
Making sure all links on the website are up to date

I own a cat accessory Brand and community called Bloire. I have been working with Virtual Assistants a year, but I need a full-time one now. I am a fair person and I value and reward good work. We will chat in Zoom before I hire you to make sure we fit just right.
