Permanent Personal Virtual Assistant required

Dear Potential Individual,
I’m looking for a Personal/Virtual assistant to work guaranteed and consistent hours on a permanent basis.

The deal:
I'm looking for someone to work an 8 hour block, Monday to Friday(Full time), US Pacific Time (PST). With Guaranteed hours meaning you can bill me for the time we've agreed upon every day, even if I don't have any work for you (although I will likely always have work for you). 13 month is included.

The exact time block during PST hours, and the length of the guaranteed time block is negotiable to better fit time zone differences.

Minimum technical skills required for this position:
- Know your way around Word press C-panel/hosting skills
- Basic photoshop skills
- Basic writing skills
- Ability to document your work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Be able to follow instructions

I am looking for someone I can work with permanently and who values challenging but rewarding. You will sharpen your skill set, and learn a great deal about online marketing, business, entrepreneurship, sales and more.

A few other duties will include
- Sending emails on my behalf
- Data entry
- Citation submissions
- Hiring and managing other outsourcers
- Regular liaison with myself over Skype and email

You will be provided with very specific written or video instructions for all tasks.
This is a challenging but rewarding position for the right candidate. There is a also room to grow to a manager role downstream.
I am looking for a reliable individual that does not need many sick days. If you have to take a great deal of time off work, then you also should not apply for this job.
