Diligent Video Editor Wanted

Rewarding role for a talented video editor to earn monthly recurring income with online education company. We're looking to hire a seasoned video editor for immediate start to work for us on ongoing video creation assignments.

If you 1) have the right technical video skills and 2) can be relied on to take hours of video footage and turn it into well edited video end product (short clips for social media and longer clips upto 30M in length for online courses) then we'd like to hear from you.

Here's the spec for the role:

You should know how to edit, colour treat and create great sounding audio. You should know how to create YouTube like 'shorts' for social media.

This will be easy money for someone who is experienced in creating great looking and great sounding videos for online sites such as YouTube or online learning courses.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end video post production; creating video assets for online delivery to an international audience and will have a great list of resources to build your portfolio.

You'll have a high level of autonomy and creative control of the end-to-end creative process, and get to work entirely from home on a flexible schedule while making good money.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have good English and minimum of 18 months experience creating, editing and exporting videos for web delivery

- Be a self-starter with strong time management skills and excellent knowledge of how to edit quickly and create video assets to a high finish.

- Have experience with mainstream video editing software such FCPx, Adobe Premiere etc. You'll know it like the back of your hand.

- Know how to create video stings/logo intros for product intros using tools like Motion or Premiere Pro, or leverage existing video intro templates from sites like ----------

- Know how to create different visual effects and editing styles suitable for online generation and video sites such as YouTube, Vimeo etc.

- Must know and can demonstrate how to edit audio, video, do colour correction and export for different mediums

- Must be client focused and able to respond in timely manner to feedback

- Can begin work right away

- Have solid and fast Internet connection and suitably powered PC or Mac so can work from home

Preferable:

- Experience with audio editing/production too will help you stand out.
- Experienced and skilled with motion effects and tools e.g. Apple Motion or Adobe After Effects
- Experience with any animation software/tools
- Experience in working with or on live streaming projects

Remuneration: Competitive for level of skill and talent. Projects will be freelance and agreed scope and remuneration agreed up front ensuring fair value return for your skills and time.
