We seek an experienced account manager to be responsible for managing the external and internal clients, organizing the leads, meeting sales goals, consequently building and managing the sales team within our company. You will organize the client documents, inventory of files, develop and generate sales strategies, identify potential sales opportunities based on the overall needs of our clients, and reach out to customers and clients.

> Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
> Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to identify client needs and match them with the right solution using available product lines and services
> Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
> Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
> Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer financial goals and objectives
> Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
> Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
> Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
> Prepare reports on account status
> Coach and mentor the sales team to identify and improve their sales opportunities > > Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
> Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
> Anticipate the needs of clients and communicate with them over calls and
> Manage and update our project management tool, Asana
> Must be knowledgeable in Google Drive,
> Able to work with minimal supervision

Requirements and Qualifications:
> At least 4 years of experience in account management
> Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, quickly build rapport; and has proven track record in converting prospects to clients
> Excellent oral and written communication skills
> Able and willing to work night shift (9 pm to 6 am your time) from Monday to Friday
> Stable internet AND backup internet available
> Quiet work environment (no kids, family, pets, loud neighbors,..)
> Must be very detailed and patient!
