Prestwick Tennis Club is a private tennis club in South Carolina, USA. We are looking for an outgoing and hardworking Member Service Specialist to welcome and interact with membership base and club guests, manage front of house duties, and assist in the planning/promoting of club events to membership. This is a full-time, entry-level position with great potential for advancement to the right employee. ?
Must be able to work the following hours in Eastern Standard Time.
Monday - Thursday 12:30 - 8:30 pm EST
Saturday 8:00 am - 4pm EST
Full-time Salary:
First six months: $625 USD per month
Monthly Bonus: Additional $50 monthly bonus for perfect attendance for 4 weeks
Salary increase at 6 months and one year anniversary.
?Responsibilities?-
Be comfortable and able to quickly learn MindBody: Spa & Fitness
-Be comfortable to speak face-to-face with membership base via Zoom interface.?-Receive and answer calls from club members and guests serving their requests or questions in a friendly, professional manner. Ensure their needs are meet and problems are resolved. Conduct follow-up tasks.
?-Be able to book and check-in clients for services, appointments, and reservations, as well as, receive payments for services.
-Monitor incoming calls, reply via text, and send out outgoing
-Manage membership
-Manage tennis leagues, schedules, and court bookings.
-Close out daily sales and run credit card/ACH processing.
?Qualifications?-Must have out-going personality and be confident in face-to-face client interaction.
-2+ years of customer service experience.
-Must have reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and webcam.
?-Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.?-Experience using Google Suite and other basic computer related skills. Preferred (but not necessary): Canva and Constant Contact.
