The following document is an overview of the main tasks you will be working on in our agency. Please read this document carefully and follow the instructions as provided. We are excited to have you join our family!

We handle and automate the YouTube channels of public figures, so they can save their time and scale their business to heights never seen before. Some of the tasks we are going to need help with are:

1) Write titles, descriptions, chapters, and tags for YouTube videos.

2) Schedule YouTube videos for clients (With title, description, chapters, tags, end screen, cards, etc.).

3) Revise the work of video editors (Quality control regarding grammar, relevance of annotations, video editing quality, audio, etc…). It includes YouTube videos, reels, etc…

4) Revise the work of graphic designers (Quality control regarding grammar, aesthetics, attention to details, etc…). It includes social media ads, thumbnails, etc…

5) Client communication (Answering basic clients’ questions via Slack).

6) Supervise the team’s work to make sure we hit deadlines for each project (Video editor and graphic designer).

7) Supervise Asana Workspace to make sure each project is up to date.

8) Add potential clients to the “YouTube Lead List” Excel spreadsheet.

9) Posting to social media.
