Off-Page SEO | Backlinks

Hello,

I'm Juan, head of sales for an e-commerce company with several online stores in the company's portfolio.

WHAT IS THIS JOB POST ABOUT?
We are currently looking for a tea ---------- mber to take over the position as an Off-Page SEO specialist, i.e. Backlinks specialist.
This task involves mainly reaching out to blogs, asking if we could write a blog post for their website, and then writing that blog post. There are other ways to get high-quality backlinks, which we would like you to do as well.
One of the ways is guest blog posting. Therefore the main tasks would be, but not limited to:
1. Searching and finding blogs
2. Reaching out to them and making a proper follow-up
3. Create ~500 words blog posts for those blogs

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
This new task we are delegating is important because when having a link that directs people to our website, in the blog of another high-ranking website that talks about similar topics, it improves our SEO position inside of Google. If our ranking improves, we get more organic traffic, which then drives higher organic sales.

Our current stores are mainly related to the automotive industry, so an example would be reaching out to blogs focused on different car brands, e.g. Jeep, Dodge, Ford, Nissan, etc.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Backlinks creation.
A high level of English in spoken and written form is mandatory as you will need to write blog posts.

Working times are semi-flexible: You can work when you see fit, but it must always be the same start- and end time.
We are located in Europe, so we want that a minimum of half of your working time is during regular CET hours (e.g. 7am-8pm CET) so that we are able to communicate without major issues.

This job will be a full-time job (40h/week).
The current salary for this full-time job is $500/month.
