Entrepreneur, Strategy & Community Manager (Pay + Profit Sharing)

Are you a business-minded, entrepreneurial person who can come up with strategies based on data and execute them? Do you want to participate in profit sharing? Read on! But read carefully!

We developed a really great booking platform for podcasts and guests to find each ---------- 's a little bit like a matchmaker for podcast guests and hosts. The issue is that both me and my co-founder have other obligations and it's not getting the time it needs, and no one is reaching out to new users, existing users and churned users to help grow the user base and monetize it.

For example, some strategies that are starter ideas:

- Reach our to users and collect feedback
- Think about pricing, plans, and ways to increase paid users
- Create some email automations for various user groups, like new users and those who haven't logged in in a while
- Develop and implement a referral or affiliate program to get referrals
- Develop some help material and/or videos. You don't have to record them just lead the effort
- Keep track of new features and communicate to users

The idea is that you would really "own" and direct the operations and customer engagement for our company.
