Hiring a CMO for german marketing agency

I am looking for a CMO for my marketing agency in Germany.
We are looking for someone who has many years of experience and is comfortable in this position.

We are an agency specialized in Ecommerce companies, meaning we create websites/online stores and help our clients with ad management.

Your tasks:
- Execution of all marketing activities
- Development of an efficient marketing strategy
- Recruiting, hiring and training of new employees in the marketing department
- Ongoing analysis of the own department as well as the competition in order to
- to check the competitiveness
- Reporting to the management
- Manage Facebook Ad campaigns
- Develop and manage LinkedIn outreach strategy
- Set up email marketing
- PR campaigns
- Creative strategy development
