Customer Service Ecommerce - Long term + Full time

We are an E-commerce DTC Home Deco Brand operating in 7 different countries and 7 different stores
We are hiring for a FULL TIME position of Ecommerce Customer Service , in our company.

We’ve a process and built’up system in place to on-board you to quickly become an operational efficient tea ---------- mber. A full setup of. Workflows, SOPs, tutorials sharpening and structuring your skillset with all kind of expected scenarios. As a Customer Service agent you manage broad responsibilities that range from assisting customers with their purchases, responding to their tickets, communicating with suppliar, and answering payment processors disputes...ect. Key Requirements:
- Good at formal emails and chat conversation
- Outstanding organizational skills .
- Candidates should be structured, pay attention to fine details, hands-on and ambitious.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Your job includes :
- Email and Chat Support . Voice/Calls support is not included.
- Communicate with suppliar to open tickets and ask for replacements.
- Reporting defective items that our customers complain about.

Our team works from Monday-Saturday, 8 hours per day. From 8:00pm to 5:00 pm (1hours lunch break) Philippine timezone. Healthy working timezone to respect your body health.
