JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-driven candidate who is passionate about the function of Risk Management and Consumer Compliance and interested in making a difference. This person will be responsible for contributing to our Corrective Actions program and supporting compliance, regulatory and risk mitigation activities across the enterprise.


Below is a description of project scope and deliverables for each of the programs:

Consumer Compliance
Advise on Consumer Protection Program Framework Documents, including:
Consumer Protection Product Review Framework
Global Consumer Protection Standard for Complaints and Disputes
Global Consumer Protection Standard for Advertising/Marketing
Assist with design and execution of the Consumer Protection Risk Assessment, including:
Define consumer protection risks and assess inherent risk levels
Map risks to existing controls and document controls
Assess strength of controls to determine residual risk
Assist with identifying and documenting compliance gaps and corrective action plans
Assist with development and oversight of complaints and disputes processes

Consumer Compliance Deliverables:
Comments and recommendations for Consumer Protection Product Review Framework
Comments and recommendations for Global Consumer Protection Standard for Complaints and Disputes
Comments and recommendations for Global Consumer Protection Standard for Advertising/Marketing
Consumer Protection Risk Assessment:
Defining consumer protection risks and assessing inherent risk levels
Mapping risks to existing controls and documenting controls
Assessing strength of controls to determine residual risk
Assist with identifying and documenting compliance gaps and corrective action plans
Complaints and Dispute procedures

Qualifications:
1-3+ years of work experience in Risk Management, Audit, Consumer Compliance, or Project Management capacity
1+ years of experience with SQL required
Familiarity with operational risk management concepts and practices, and ability to implement concepts into business practice
A collaborative and cross-functional skillset with the ability to develop working relationships with business and functional partners
Experience with analyzing large datasets and diluting takeaways for consumption by business stakeholders across TCFS
Project management expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once while delivering a quality work product
A strong moral compass and a commitment to high ethical standards
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Liberal Arts, or a related field or equivalent years of experience
Advanced Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required
Excellent verbal and written communications(someone who can confidently speak the compliance and regulatory knowledge to clients we support)

Fiber connection and has at least 25mbps download and upload speed
Has available backup internet
At least 8GB of Computer RAM
If possible, SSD system storage
Quiet workstation
Can start ASAP
