Type: Remote

Degree/Certifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising,
Communications, or any other related field

Years of experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing

Salary full time: $5-10 per hour (it all depends on your performance , proactiveness, qualification of leads, and strategy.)

Every candidate must undergo a trial!

Trial Rate: Fixed $2 per hour + bonus
Trial Period: 1 week
Trial hours: 2 hours per day
Objective: 1 lead to get hired

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, and oral.
An ability to translate business needs to technical requirements, and technical specs to business ---------- lf-sufficient: comfortable with ambiguity and to take ownership over driving the program forward
Collaborative in nature: Ability to work with a cross functional team of marketers, technologists, and analysts
Strong organizational awareness and knowledge of business, operational functions, methods and regulatory requirements to solve complex problems and develop new solutions
Content creation and managing social media
Knowledgeable in SEO and SEM
Highly creative with good eye for design and great attention to detail
Excellent time management skills: knows how to prioritize work, and able to multitask to get things done in an efficient manner
Up-to-date on digital marketing trends
Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop is a big plus
Genuine team player (metrics and KPls are team based)
Punctual and dependable; Must be a fast learner
You should be able to work with minimal supervision
Having previously worked as a VA, or anything similar, is a definite advantage


Roles and Responsibilities


As an Outreach VA, you will prospect, qualify, andengage with relevant sites and prospective partners to promote our website and increase our authority online.
The goal is to convert leads into sales by offering our services thru cold email, social media,
collectively ensure accurate data mining of all lead contacts and other lead information and organized into a spreadsheet,
preparing and submitting daily reports, draft proposals, social media posts, market research,
Launching campaigns and responding to emails, ---------- piling, verifying the prospect leads and it's accuracy, and categorize information
Building email lists, creating emails, and nurturing leads through written communications.
Importing information from a website to the spreadsheet, making sure that all gathered information is qualified.

Email
the prospect leads and market the product that the company is offering.
Monitor the progress of the leads and take action accordingly.
Planning on what to do next for those leads that are qualified but didn't respond to the email.
Researching leads that meet our requirements and engaging with them in order to qualify them for sales.
