JOB OVERVIEW

Working as part of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for clients’ digital advertising campaigns and supporting the wider digital strategy of the business to generate revenue growth across all channels.

You will develop the advertising strategy in line with client objectives and KPIs and own the advertising account build from keyword research and audience planning to developing copy and display adverts with the content and design teams, then setting the campaigns to go live. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the advertising performance with proactive suggestions for improvement, and report monthly or by campaign.

You will drive performance with paid ads (specifically, on Facebook and Google platforms) and support other technical and operational aspects of digital marketing (for example, feed and integration set up).

You will work collaboratively with other tea ---------- mbers including SEO, Social Media, Content and the Development team to provide an integrated, results-driven service to our clients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Experience, knowledge & skills
• Minimum 2 years’ PPC experience
• Google Ads & Google Analytics certified - or working towards it
• Working knowledge of platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and ---------- .
• Structure and planning of advertising campaigns from execution to analysis
• Use Google’s suite of products to identify issues on-site and with ad tags
• Experience in platforms and analytics systems including Tag Manager, Google Ads editor and Google Analytics (UA/GA4)
• Willingness to help with and learn new platforms and plugins for websites and ads
• Results-driven, good time management, and detail-oriente
• You will be working on multiple projects, so will need to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Awareness, attitude & aptitude
• A good understanding of advertising performance analytics and campaign reporting
• An interest and willingness to learn, research and use initiative.
• An interest in broadening your knowledge and keeping pace with current trends, to deliver client results
• A proactive attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results.
• Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs.

Data awareness/understanding
• Excellent understanding of data and analytics
• Ability to analyse and interrogate ad campaign performance
• An ability to produce accurate and insightful client monthly and campaign reports

Support marketing activities & Client liaison
• Liaise with clients for account access google/facebook/GMB
• Coordinate advertising assets between the marketing and design teams and clients, as required by their activity schedule
• Preparing useful monthly /campaign data and performance reports for colleagues and clients.
