Experienced telemarketer required for high-paying sales role at high-ticket US Ecommerce business

We are looking for a tele-sales executive with a proven track record in telephone selling to join us at our successful high ticket Ecommerce business. The successful applicant will make an excellent salary with a generous base salary of $700 + commission-based remuneration that could take the total monthly income to $1,200 or possibly more.

Our marketing produces a steady stream of interested prospect leads. These are people who have submitted their details to our site and are therefore high intent, warm leads who have expressed an interest in our products - the best kind of leads to sell to! We need a talented telemarketer to call these leads, help them understand the ideal product for their needs, and encourage them buy from us.

The successful applicant needs to:
- have proven experience in telesales with evidence of excellent ability to convert prospects to sales
- speak and write English fluently, with an accent that is clear to an American audience.
- be prepared to work California hours (9am to 5pm CA time or perhaps 11am to 7pm - to be confirmed)
- be willing to learn about our products in detail so you can confidently answer all customers’ questions.
- work full time hours (40 per week)

Salary - Minimum base salary of $700 per month plus a bonus based on monthly sales performance that would take salary to $1,200 or higher if one sale per day made. There will also be two weeks of annual leave paid at $700 per month (pro rated) and a Christmas bonus of at least $700.
