Skills:
— 5+ years of direct work experience in B2B sales, focus on US-market is an advantage;
— Fluent/Native English;
— Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques;
— Extensive experience in building prospective relationships with potential clients;
— Ability to pass the gatekeepers efficiently;
— Strong problem identification, and objection handling skills;
— Ability to listen to the client, and to find the solution that fits client's requirements;
— Confident and professional approach at work;
— Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills;
— Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
Responsibilities:
— Outbound & Inbound sales calls (cold calls including);
— Create Sales Opportunities and turn them into Closed Won deals;
— Working with SDR to effectively convert outbound leads into clients;
— Conducting presentation calls for leads (online);
— Negotiating contractual terms with prospects;
— Deep understanding of company's services and finding a solution for each client;
— Work in Hubspot CRM, keep track of the progress;
— Monitoring competitors and market trends.
