Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant (3 Years +)

A Director is hiring an experienced (3+ years) full time Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant.

Job Type

This is an exciting full-time day-time role from Monday to Saturday (finishing early on Friday and Saturday).

Requirements - we can’t do without!

Expert English - speaking/listening, writing (typing)/reading
3 years of experience in a Bookkeeping role
Strong laptop & internet to connect with our global team through video calls
Excels working independently and as part of a team
Computer skills - working with different platforms & documents

Outcomes - we need it!

Accounting / Bookkeeping - can manage Xero accounts, understands accounting and is financially ---------- munication - Connect with our team, build rapport and resolve any issues that may arise
Organisation Skills - You will neatly organise company files, manage email accounts and arrange schedules
Problem Solving - You will have a knack for solving problems, capable of thinking outside the box
