Production Training staff

Job description:
• Conducts orientation/training to all new hire Production Personnel before deployment to desired line/section in the production
• Updating training materials/orientation depending on the needs of the production or any changes on the Production Guidelines
• Make a training improvement related on training process

Job Qualification:
• Graduate of any four (4) year course
• With at least 1 year of work experience conducting training/orientation to production personnel in a Manufacturing company
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications preferably Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Willing to be assigned in LIMA Technology Center, Malvar, Batangas
