Part-time role will grow into a full-time role


? What you will do...

Assist an executive by being the point of contact for all communication i.e the phone, email, fax etc. Duties also include interfacing with clients
Manage the executive’s schedule by arranging appointments, travel itineraries etc.
Produce reports for the executive, based on historical references or research, as requested
Gathering meetings notes and summarising them for records
Assist client in managing the businesses' social media accounts by drafting content and graphics to be published
Engage with social media community and gathering leads


? Qualifications for the role include...

Proven experience as an admin/executive assistant
Graphic Design (We love Canva, too!)
Social media management experience is a plus!
Good understanding of office management principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Proactive and understand the principle of "managing up"
