ABOUT THE POSITION
As our new head of accounting and bookkeeping, you will become absolutely essential to our management team. You'll work closely with our CEO, our advertising data analyst, and our operation manager to create actionable financial reports, make recommendations on better budget allocation, and help build the financial backbone of our rapidly growing ecommerce company.

Logistical Requirements:

- Full-Time Availability (40 Hours/Week)
- Fluent, Perfect English
- Fast, Reliable Internet Connection

For your application to be considered, you must:

(1) Include a brief description and timeline of your experience in accounting, bookkeeping, budget controlling, auditing, and/or financial management.

(2) Pretend you are a professor teaching Financial Statement Analysis to second-year college ---------- one paragraph or less, explain the difference between the 3 main financial statements and why each is important.

(3) Answer the following 6 questions in a few sentences each:
A. What is the first thing you would check when looking at our company financials for the first time?
B. Have you ever audited or done financial consulting for a company? How did that experience go?
C. What about this position most appeals to you?
D. Are you a "work hard" or "work smart" kind of person? Why?
E. Do you have experience with quickbooks? Are you a CPA?
F. Outside of work, what are you passionate about and why?
