Real Estate Cold Calling Expert

We are seeking a super experienced **Cold Calling Expert** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads through cold calling and be familiar with calling **For Sale by Owners (FSBOs), Expired Listings,** and **Circle Prospecting.** This is a remote position, and the candidate must have the ability to call independently, with reliable internet and a strong work ethic.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound cold calls to FSBOs, expired listings, and for circle prospecting.
- Identify potential leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead data in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly call targets.
- Communicate effectively with prospects, build rapport, and overcome objections.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cold calling, preferably in real estate or related fields.
- Experience specifically in calling **For Sale by Owners, Expired Listings,** and **Circle Prospecting.**
- Ability to work independently with your own calling setup and tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Must be able to work within the **Eastern Time Zone**.
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven attitude.
- Proven track record of lead generation and appointment setting.
- Must provide references from past positions and demonstrate prior cold calling experience.
