Part time Google PPC specialist required

Looking for someone to work on an hourly basis that can research, setup, implement and continually optimize google ads. Open to new ideas and suggestions to make it better. You should be Google certified at the very least, but other certifications are good too.

Bonus if you are handy with SEO as well, but not mandatory. I can give access to SEO tools that will make it a bit easier too. Have experience with other marketing venues? Tell me about them.
