Are you interested in an exciting broker support role within an awesome team environment?

We need superstars who are eager to learn, hard-working, and reliable to join our team. Must be available to start on 26th September 2022. You will be REQUIRED to attend a 6-week face-to-face training in Makati before fully transitioning to a work-from-home role.

Everyday will be different, you might start with checking emails and responding to leads, before inputting applications, moving on to socials and finishing up with some lead gen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Successful applicants will preferably have in-depth knowledge and understanding with Australian mortgage process (Initial Processing – Settlement); but is not a must, as intensive training will be provided as well.
• Cross checking client's documents (both paper format and online format) against fact find for accuracy before submission
• Outbound calls to follow up in leads, prospect, banks, and annual reviews for clients
• Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations, organise property report
• Update tracking worksheet and/or software to ensure that brokers are always aware of loan status
• Ensuring the highest level of communication is applied to all clients both external and internal.
• Maintaining the marketing plan and implementing this where needed. Making initiatives for any new ideas regarding new customers

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL-SET & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and data entry abilities
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency
• Highly trainable and open to constructive feedback
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team, yet also have the ability to remain motivated and to work independently when needed.
• Well-developed ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent working knowledge of mortgage originations; specifically, mortgage operations.

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Quiet place for working
Computer or laptop with the following specifications:
• CPU: Intel Core i5 or higher
• Memory: at least 4GB
• OS: Windows 7 or higher / MacOS Mojave or higher
Internet connection (wired or wireless) with at least 20MBPS download speed
Back-up:
• Smartphone that has at least 4GB memory
• 10MBPS internet/data connection
