Job Responsibilities:
• Adhere to written up guidelines by consumer in dealing with users.
• Prepares standardized reports to track workload, response time and quality of input.
• May perform one or more of the following: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using basic scripts and procedures.
• Make suggestions to greatly improve steps and technical improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- High School / SHS Graduate
- Excellent to above average English communication skills
