Responsibilities:
-Making outbound calls to our premium leads
-Setting appointments with the homeowners for a free solar consultation hosted by one of our experienced solar project
managers
-Understand customer's needs and requirements
-Set appointments and achieve goals
-Build rapport with customers through friendly and engaging communication.


Ideal candidate:
-Excellent English Communication skills
-Cold Calling experience
-Customer service experience
-Problem-solving skills
-Ability to quickly learn
-Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with unlimited earning potential
-Self-motivated


Requirements:
Laptop/PC with at least Core i5 or above and at least 8GB RAM
Internet connection of at least 15mbps or above
Headset with noise canceling feature
