Accounting Business Person to do a Business Valuation for a Business Broker in USA

We are looking for 2 dynamic people;
Senior - accounting administrator who has great experience in the job, with proven task records, and
Junior - for the assistant tasks, and administration tasks around the accounting space.

To ensure success as an accounting administrator, you should possess financial acumen and attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch accounting administrator should be able to process a high volume of finance-related data swiftly and accurately.

Responsibilities:
• After clients' financials are sent, you will use different models (e.g., Modular and Multiplier Model) with templates to do a Business Valuation.
• You will do follow-ups of the documents to clients to complete the Business Valuation.
• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, tax filings, and monthly profit reports.
• Updating management on any financial discrepancies found during tax filing or invoicing duties.
• Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
• Adhering to best practices in accounting, as outlined by industry experts and espoused by the company.

Requirements:
• Masters or at least a bachelors degree in accounting, business, administration, or similar.
• About 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, specifically in Excel sheets.
• A solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• The ability to collaborate with coworkers, clients, and suppliers.

Assignment:
• You will run all the accounting side (invoicing and organizing everything on the accounting side) of the Immigration Company, and
- Will focus on doing the Business Valuation for the Business Broker.
