Influence Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are looking for an eager and driven individual to drive sales through influencer outreach primarily for TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest. A successful candidate will have an eye for creators who can make amazing content to convey our brand and advertise our products. Experience in the Women's clothing and fashion niche is preferable.

Responsibilities:

-Prospect find 10 influencers to work with a week
-Reach out and talk to them. Negotiate rates and get them excited to join us!
-Convey frame by frame what it is that we want to see from their ---------- nd examples of past successful campaigns
-Manage their affiliate codes and commissions on a monthly basis.
-Keep track of all shipment status and content deliverables.
-Include the word "KEYBOARD" in your application.
-Meet monthly spending and ROAS targets.

Skills Required:

-Strong interest in the creator/influencer space and online trends. Personal experience and knowledge with Tiktok and Instagram are a plus
-Detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking with a high sense of urgency
-Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
-Be able to show proof of work on a weekly basis.
