Virtual Assistant

For my Notion systems consulting business, I am currently looking for a part-time virtual assistant.

I am looking for someone to support me for approximately 20 hours / week. We would do a trial period of 14 days for $4 / hour and if we are both satisfied, continue with $5 / hour afterwards.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Fast learner
- Great organizational skills
- Knows and likes to use Notion

No previous work experience as a virtual assistant is needed.

Exemplary tasks include:
- Gather leads into lead tracker
- Repurpose content for social media
- Schedule social media posts
- Schedule newsletters
- Update website using WordPress/Elementor
- Onboard clients
- Send ---------- to leads on Facebook/Instagram
- Create graphics in Canva
- Answer and sort email
- Schedule appointments
- Do research
