HR/Admin Officer Qualifications:
1. Maintain accurate personnel records, including historical data on each employee
2. Perform initial screening of qualified applicants, conduct initial interview and administer examination
3. Assist in employee relation counseling
4. Conducts company orientation to newly hired employees
5. Perform timekeeping
6. Prepares memos, letters and other correspondence
7. Handles Philhealth, Pag-ibig (HDMF), SSS concerns
8. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the department
HR/Admin Officer Job Duties:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology
With very good communication skills both in oral and written
With good judgment dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Must have good sense of responsibility and strong initiative
Highly organized and with an ability to do multi-tasking
With good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively
With strong prioritization skills, attentive to details
