Position: IT Support (Intermediate to Advance)
Our company is 28 years in the field of Managed Technology Services and has also ventured recently into Outsourcing Solutions. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive "can do" attitude to join our company.
Hours of working: Between 18-20 hours per week depending on workload Pacific Standard Time (PST) Mondays to Fridays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Building relationships with customers
• Discuss and understand customer IT concerns
• Ensure IT tickets are acknowledged/resolved within reasonable time
• Will manage the IT ticketing system, i.e Zendesk / Freshdesk / OS Ticket
• Prepare regular Daily/Weekly reports to higher IT management
• Must be able to setup VoIP/UP setup, on premise IPvX or hosted IPvX’s
• Must be able to manage and setup Windows servers, Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Domain Administration
• Configure Linux and Cloud base setup and
The Successful Candidate of the IT Support Focal has:
• Must be very familiar with Remote Desktop Support
• At least 2 years of IT support experience or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
• Customer service skills
• Nice to have an Information Technology or Engineering Science, or related course.
• Excellent comprehension in both verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt and learn new software systems
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Is thorough and pays attention to detail
