*Job offer - Looking for Psychotherapists

Hello everyone, I'm Mattia and I believe that the world desperately needs much more help from psychotherapists. I understood this 3 years ago, as I was in a difficult moment of my life and I found a way out through amazing professionals that have helped me change my thoughts. But honestly.. I wish I had started WAY before getting at the level of suffering and misery.
For this reason now I want to give back and would like more people to comprehend this early and get help from psychotherapists.

I’ve just started a project that has the goal of alleviating the pain of as many people as possible and in order to do that I want to offer a free psychotherapy session to people in need. Then if they like the first session, they can continue with more and more sessions and continue to improve and solve their personal issues.

I'm looking for great psychotherapists to help me with this project and I can pay you 5$US for the first 1 hour session (the one I give to patients for free) and then if the patient want to continue with other sessions I pay you 12$US for each following 1 hour session with that patient.

The goal is to listen and offer value to them and make a really great impression since the very first session, so that:

The patient enjoys it and decide to undertake a journey with us. One session won't change his life (it can alleviate his pain and make him feel better, but 1 session cannot change his life) so we need him/her to undertake a journey made of more sessions and to build a trusting relationship. That is how we truly help them make a change.

You can continue to follow that person and help him for the following sessions, by getting paid 12$US per each session.

I can recover the investment I make by giving the first session for free, the business costs and invest more in marketing to reach more and more people

*Please only apply if you have these requisites as they are fundamental:

Speak an immaculate English (Native English speaker or C2)

You have more than 3 years of experience as psychotherapist
