Community Manager

We’re looking for a BRAND COMMUNITY MANAGER!

We are looking for a FULL-TIME Community Manager to build and nurture the brand audience. Someone who will ensure our client community is educated, inspired, and entertained.

Work ONLY from Mondays to Fridays. Weekends-Off!!!

Top requirements:
Efficient in handling customer support and managing brand community ---------- aracteristics we’re looking for:
Highly proficient in written English
Knows how to engage with a community and is responsive promptly
Able to manage good, neutral and bad comments/messages from customers
Good command of the language since this will be a communications type of work
Has critical thinking skills to discern if feedback is valuable enough to be sent to the developer team
Knows how to respond to app reviews (experience is a bonus)
