JOB LOGISTICS
Minimum of 20hrs per week
Flexible Time to work between 9am to 6pm, Sydney time.
100% Work from home

QUALIFICATIONS
CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Minimum 2-3 years Australian taxation experience within a public practice.
Experience in preparation of tax return for individuals, partnerships, sole trader, trust, company, etc. will be a BIG PLUS
Working knowledge of BAS, IAS, STP & GST and Australian bookkeeping.
Excellent communication skills.
Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks experience preferred
Working experience in Xero Suite, including XPM, Xero Tax & Xero Workpapers (along with others).
Client focused.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and accounting administration skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Follows through and adheres to ---------- iendly with a positive attitude.
Experience with data management, bulk processing, and invoicing.
Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles.
Effective research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive, MS Office365 and other office management software.
Has proactive approach to business and technology.
Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities to Pacific Accounting and our clients include but not limited to:
Preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts, sole traders and superannuation funds.
Preparation and lodgment of monthly and quarterly BAS, IAS and annual FBT returns with the ATO.
Preparation of tax compliance for various entity structures within diverse industries.
Corresponds with multiple clients through email and provides regular updates and guidance in their bookkeeping.
Liaise with the ATO and external stakeholders on various compliance matters.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Assist with business and process improvement.
Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
Assist with administration processes from time to ---------- livery of quality accounting outcomes in accordance with workflow requirements and client needs, working closely with the Team Leaders and Tax Agent.

GENERAL DUTIES
Other duties as directed within the limits of the contractor's skill base.
Program and annual training needs
Strictly adheres to the Company Guidelines 
Represents the Company in a professional manner outside the office. 
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. 
Strictly adheres to the best interest of the Company thru proper usage of company assets and resources
