Need a web designer that can continue and finish the incomplete work of our old designer, while keeping a similar aesthetic/style, and finish off uncompleted sections.

Requirements:
- Collaborative and communicative, team player. Work with our Web Developer, Copywriter, and Graphic Artist (on photo manipulation), potentially our packaging design agency.
- Fast communication turnaround time <24 hours on messages.
- Need to understand existing restrictions (lack of product images, needing to rely on stock photos), understand the requirements (create beautiful website that attracts western consumer, website to look creative and "convert" not just beautiful
- Experience designing Health/Beauty websites that are highly responsive and converting
