Maid for Dallas is a residential cleaning service that serves residents in Dallas, Texas (U.S) and the surrounding areas.

We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant/ Office Manager. We are a growing business that really values customer service. With that in mind, we are looking to hire someone who’s not only competent, but also of the highest integrity.

Job Summary
The Virtual Assistant/Office Manager would be responsible for answering all customer phone calls during office hours 7am-6pm. This would include answering prospective customer questions and responding to quote requests. The office manager will be responsible for managing all booking schedules/rescheduling and processing transactions. This also includes managing our team of maids.

Job Duties

- Respond promptly to all quote inquiries that come from prospective customers via Review sites , Incoming Phone calls and emails
- Answer all incoming phone calls during regular business hours (Mon-Friday excluding weekends)
- Process customer credit card transactions via phone or email
- Login and manage all cleaning team’s schedule via our backend software.
- Review and facilitate the hiring process for new maids. This includes the initial follow up email, as well as sending e-documents to applicants (w-9 forms, contractor agreements etc)
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, disputes

Experience, Skills and Character:

- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized and very detail oriented.
- Ability to lead cultivate positive working relationships with maids and customers.
- Self-Motivated and able to solve challenging problems real-time
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Experienced with creating spreadsheets (Google Docs, Microsoft Excel)
- Experience in customer service and used to dealing with customer phone calls.
- Be willing to work from 7am - 6pm (Central Standard Time) Monday-Sunday.
- Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide, calculate basic retail math (discounts etc)
- Be able to pass a criminal Background Check
- Positive, Hardworking Attitude
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

The expectations and physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by our Virtual Office Manager in order to successfully perform the required tasks for the job.

- during office hours the Office Manager is expected to answer incoming phone calls, emails and scheduling duties.
- Coordinate Schedules between maid teams and available bookings

As an Office manager, you must be trustworthy, courteous and service oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well possess the ability to remain effective in a busy environment.
