Combo YouTube/TikTok Clone

I am eyeing on purchasing the YouTube clone, KVS ( ---------- ) It costs $500 but is a complete impressive program. However, for my website, ---------- , I really want 1 video automatically playing and then when you scroll down (like in TikTok) that video quits playing and another video automatically starts to play. I of course want some other "bells & whistles"- Looking for a programmer who can build this for less than $500.00 (KVS does NOT have this feature). Must be built
in PHP so that I can also change the code as needed.
