We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to help us create an extraordinary customer success experience
with our customers.

Job Description:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Process refund + cancellation requests upon approval + track them through Google Sheets
- Seek personal improvement wherever possible
- Create custom orders upon approval
- Fulfilling orders
Skills:
- Fluent English with a great personality
- Good grammar as you will be in a customer-facing role
- Great at problem-solving
- Detailed orientated and very organized
- Fast typing skills
- Analytical skills

About The Position:
- 20 hours / week (Scaled to 40 hours + OT opportunities within 1-3 weeks of being hired)
Shift 1: 7 AM MST - 11:30 PM MST
Shift 2: 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM MST
(30 min unpaid break is included in the shifts)
Training schedule:
Shift 1: 9:00AM - 2:30PM MST
Shift 2: 12:00PM - 5:30PM MST
