Customer Support Specialist

**********NEEDS EMAIL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE AND VW / AUDI CAR PARTS TECHNICAL SKILLS**********

We are looking for only part-time candidates that have a minimum of 2 years customer support experience.

We are CAR PARTS ONLINE SHOP based in New Zealand.

We are looking for online support person, who have experience in car parts customers support / sales of VW / Audi parts.

Identify the customer’s issue.
Resolve the customer’s issue.
Help and educate customers.
Up-sale products.
Handle emails / chat / social media support and similar tasks.
Ability to turn angry customers into happy customers.
Ability to turn thinkers into buyers.
Help customers to find correct part for a particular vehicle or navigate to available options.
MAKE SALES!!
Reply to customers in a timely manner or confirm solution with our engineer when required.

We need experienced candidate in VW / Audi car parts niche, who will be able to work on his/her own.
