Badass Customer Support Rep

Hello,

For our growing Dropshipping business we are looking for an experienced customer service VA. You must have previous experience in handling customer service inquiries for Dropshipping stores, preferably European stores.

Important is that you can place yourself in the perspective of the customer once it comes to answering the e-mails. Reply with the word Ocean when applying. Handling disputes will also be a big part of the job.

As a Customer service Rep you are able to:

Work independently
Work with workflow systems such as Trello
Communicate with tea ---------- mbers via Slack
Handle Disputes
Write in NATIVE English language
Work full time
