JOB OVERVIEW

Breadcamp is looking for a driven, goal-oriented Director, GTM Operations Management and Strategy to create, implement and lead GTM processes and tools, which will drive departmental and organizational productivity and growth. Our Go-To-Market team is a customer-focused organization, with an urgency to win and drive for success. This is a cross-functional role, working closely with Breadcamp Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Development and Engineering in order to understand key business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices and processes to drive Breadcamp's growth to $100MM and beyond.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded individual to play a key role in a new & rapidly growing company in one of the fastest markets in the cloud/enterprise technology industry.

Requirements

- 10+ years of prior experience in a similar (Sales/Revenue Operations) role
- Strong understanding of marketing & sales methodologies, processes & project management
-Extensive experience managing the GTM tech stack, comprising a mix of systems and tools in the space of marketing, sales & customer success.
-Familiar with Trello
-Ability to guide a team engaged in cross-functional responsibilities, with a view towards up and downstream impact, from multiple stakeholders’ viewpoint.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with intellectual curiosity to understand how things connect, and a drive to continually assess how things could be more efficient.
- Proven ability to help teams prioritize requests to deliver an internal roadmap
