Negotiation Specialist

We are looking for a negotiation specialist to negotiate medical bills and liens. The job will require you to contact medical companies to inquire about balances and send letters asking them to reduce the amounts owed. This position will require independent thought and extensive training. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, has good critical thinking skills, and is seeking a long term position.

We use an Apple based system so experience with an Apple computer is a plus.

The candidate must be able to:
- Read and write proficiently in English.
- Be able to utilize and record loom videos for training purposes.
- Have critical thinking decisions and be able to make informed decisions when it comes to invoicing.
- Be detail oriented to ensure that there are no errors in invoices.
