We're seeking talented recruiting and sourcing associates! The ideal candidate is both a hands-on doer and a leader who will be in charge of sourcing talent and coordinating interview scheduling.

What You'll Need:
Ideal candidates will be innovative, forward-looking talent acquisition and HR professionals with prior experience in a high-growth startup!
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR/talent operations
- Strong process management and improvement skills with a track record of
leveraging technology to improve efficiency and employee/candidate experience
- Prior experience in a high-growth start-up or other fast-paced dynamic work environment
- A passion for providing bar-raising candidate experiences
- A passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- The ability to learn quickly and multi-task effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stellar organization and time management skills
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bonus points if you have the ability to source candidates and build diverse talent pools
- Bonus points if you are have experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Bonus points if you have recruiting and/or HR experience in health care or education
- Bonus: Expertise with sourcing tools such as Linkedln Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search
