Role:
We are seeing an Affiliate Marketing Manager for a long-term contract role.
- Manage day-to-day Affiliate Marketing activities with funnel content partners/networks to meet channel KPIs and revenue goals.
- Driving strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships Responsible for top and bottom-line growth of affiliate program.
- Able to quickly and consistently scale our affiliate program using our current platforms (ShareASale and Commission Junction) while evaluating other networks.
- Analyze current processes continuously and seek opportunities to optimize, and automate, improving the efficiency of the affiliate channel.
- Identify and recruit new key Affiliates and develop an execution strategy to capitalize on the opportunities they provide.
Proactively manage relationships with existing Affiliates and optimize the engagements to drive incremental performance.
- Monitor Affiliate channel activity, regularly delivering analysis to the team.
- Responsible for assisting with budgeting & reporting for the Affiliate channel, including weekly pacing & monthly forecasts.
- Own the ongoing operations of the platform, including but not limited to ensuring metrics and performance are properly tracked, commissions are appropriately paid, new creative is uploaded as required, and new affiliates are properly onboarded.
Required Skills:
- 3-5+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required
- Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations, and client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work independently.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage priorities.
