Hello! My name is Laarni and I work for a growing company called Hite Digital Oklahoma City. We are a creative marketing agency that serves companies with the brand, design, and strategic growth Initiatives. As we like to say, we are the visionaries Wingman! This is a new initiative and we are looking for the right person to help us develop and lead the program and champion the culture. This is no simple task and requires someone who is willing to work hard with the team to solve problems creatively and efficiently.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifies opportunities from various accounts and develops a pipeline
- Conduct intel and set appointments for presentation and scoping
- Set progress in CRM tool and prepare documentation
- Leads nurture sequence for prospects
- Updating all project management tools
- Has the ability and experience in making outbound calls

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Marketing or Business Management course
- Male or Female with at least 5 years of work experience in sales preferably from BPO, Marketing Agencies, IT Platforms and -Solutions, Telecommunication, and Third Party Sales Agencies.
- Experience with B2B Marketing and Digital Marketing companies would be preferred.
- Must have a solid marketing foundation with a goal-getter attitude.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Team player, willing to learn, collaborate and provide assistance outside their vertical
- Must be familiar with Project Management tools such as Salesforce, ---------- , and others and can work CST Hours.
