Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager, with the support of our Finance Associate, will maintain and improve our already-robust reporting and accounting system (Xero).

More specifically:
1) Take charge of our routine monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and processes such as payroll, tax payments, monthly closing, cash management, and cost controlling.
2) Design checks, controls, and reports that ensure the highest accuracy and correctness of accounting entries made by our Finance Associate
3) Generate predefined reports on Google Sheets, our accounting system (Xero), and our billing system (Chargebee) that help us analyze business health and make decisions on resource allocation
4) Conduct Account Receivables communications with clients, ensuring AR < 7 days
5) Manage deadlines and communication with our external Accountant
6) Help us analyze prospective investments and acquisitions

Requirements:
1) 2-years+ experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a leadership role
2) Must have strong attention to detail
3) Knowledge of cloud accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, Freshbooks or Sage is a strong plus
